The European Franchise Federation (EFF)

The EFF is a non-for-profit membership organisation that federates the legally constituted, independent and representative national franchise associations from countries in Europe, and by "Europe" the EFF understands "from within the European Union or a country candidate to the EU or a potential candidate to the EU or a country lying within the geographical boundary described by the foregoing" (Statutes as amended in 2010, art. 7.1).
The EFF is the single Voice for Franchising with regards to the institutions of the European Union.
It stands to promote and defend this specific and complex mode of business development and collaboration by defining and sharing common policies and best practice and promoting the values and principles defined in its European Code of Ethics for Franchising.
